This task makes the changes listed below on locked WMF staff account user pages iff the lock reason makes it clear that the account was locked due to the member of staff no longer working for the Foundation.

Adding | former = true to the {{user info}} template (if present)
Removing {{former staff}} (as | former = true does this automatically)
Removing Category:Wikimedia Foundation staff (where it has been added manually)

Notes

Changes are directly supervised and only run in a semi-automated fashion. This is not an automated bot task.
